The Maverick Manor 1.1 has entered beta-testing!
To cap off this game, the series name is being changed to 'H•ERO'. Hazard Heroines was something I hastily plucked to get the game out on time, and I like this punchier name more! Plus, it's punnier. :3c

Well, doom and gloom aside, shook off the rust to get some writing done. 3k words before I knew it. I recently got a new keyboard, finally in a position to spend a decent amount on a -good- one, and by god! How silly I was not to do this sooner. Seriously, writers, get yourself a nice keyboard!!

Outside of this, Itchio make a somewhat unclear commitment that people won't have their pending payouts restricted if they're hit by these suspensions given the circumstances, and claim to be working on securing new payment processors.

Regarding the Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, Paypal (etc) situation: There's a post going around that Visa have requested people email them regarding this matter instead of calling them. By all means, do that as well: but don't do that -instead-. Emails are easier to ignore! Calls tie up resources.

Warned again and again about the risk of security breaches, the Act activated 2 days ago. Within the same day, the app known as 'Tea' was revealed to be storing all of its verification data in an unsecured Google bucket. 100,000's of women's ID's and licenses leaked in full online.

Far from merely blocking adult websites, it's seen restriction of mental health resources, LGBTQ resources, addiction resources, but even beyond these sadly expected ''''adult'''' topics, you've got things like fan forums for football clubs of 'the concept of hamsters' having to shut down.
