Here's a number of in-progress images. Sizing up a small plushie pattern isn't always straightforward. I had to make some changes to the pattern so round parts are appropriately round, reimagine the feet, stuff the ears differently, etc.

A photo of me wearing Toriel's head. I'm also wearing a fruitilicious apron, Toriel slippers, and wielding a whisk and rolling pin. If I had the Toriel apron and Toriel oven mitts on each hand, I would be the perfect Toriel hydra.

A 'papercraft' of Toriel's head pattern, held together by pins. I received the pattern from the factory, and then I increased the size and made adjustments. And then I tested it with papercraft before I committed to cutting fabric.

Toriel skin. Okay, true talk, I caught a real Toriel, skinned her, and turned that skin into a plushie.
