Absolutely devastated by this news. SpaceDrake was no doubt a huge influence in drumming up interest for Japanese indie games localized into English and pushing for them on digital distribution storefronts like steam. Huge loss. Might be time for another playthrough of Recettear in his honour.

Cycling through steps on the different color ramps

so I put a cube with that material on it in the smithy, but of course once you enter the cube you no longer see it so upon entering it it becomes bright (no step offset) again

I have post processing to restrict every pixel to specific color ramps. So I made a material that just writes to a different texture which increases or decreases the step within the pixel's color ramp based on its value.
I wanted to know what the smithy would look like if it was a step darker
