The case arose from a dispute between housemates in a Harrow HMO. After a confrontation on 30 October 2024, Lee fatally stabbed Corey Graham 12 times. The jury rejected Lee’s claim of self-defence, convicting him of murder.

The defendant pleaded guilty to manslaughter by reason of diminished responsibility, with the prosecution relying on agreed psychiatric evidence from three consultants. The court imposed a hospital order with restrictions under section 37 of the Mental Health Act 1983.
