Riddle me this: if the ICE raid at a,say, meat packing plant or somesuch, nabbing 50 "illegals", why does the business, which hired those "illegals" face no consequences? Those businesses pay the immigrants less than minimum wage, work them well over 40 hours, and give them no benefits or insurance

Call or write Republican Congress People, as they are the one's standing in the way of Justice. My Senators in NM would like to do it, but feel powerless to do so. I have let them know that is a lousy excuse for their inaction and that even a failed attempt would be better than no attempt

Right. They need to be reminded that ours is a government "by the people, for the people". Call everyone in office and let them know that we intend to hold them criminally liable soon.
The government is saying that violence rules. That snatching foreign leaders and territories, and shooting US citizens in their cars at point blank range, is justified. That resistance is not only futile, it is dangerous. They can say these things. But they cannot force us to believe them.
