Very fun Halloween hangout movie. Great performance by Toni Fields as a rage fueled hair metal demon. Banging soundtrack, some fun cameos, and eerie, foggy, glowing stereos.

An indigenous touch on what would otherwise be a typical zombie story, adding a deeper complexity to the social commentary. Great splatter and gore.

During Halloween time I like to try and put on frequent live streams that mimic cable channel Halloween movie marathons cut with themed commercial interstitials and trailers.

A movie that feels very ahead of it's time in regards to progressive portrayal of disabled individuals. The true horror coming from way these people were treated.

A vibrant, colorful hellscape of discordant synths and upsetting violence. The mall feels simultaneously liminal and comforting.

This is fair, I actually looked it up via reverse image search right after posting. My request was honestly less "I need the work done for me" and more "I like engaging in the social aspects of social media". But I get that it's probably annoying for folks with large followings to be pestered often.

Am finally home from a 20 hour drive, very tired, but Halloween Horror Nights this year was so fun and Universal's new Epic Universe park kicks ass.

Here's my haul. I wish I had more money, because there was so much merch I wanted.

Two shits, one with art the clown from Terrifier that says "clown cafe" and one with all the five nights at Freddy's characters on it. Next to them is a hoodie with a comic book style collage of universal monster scenes.

Two posters one of the scarezones from Halloween Horror Nights and the other for the IP houses (FNAF, Friday the 13th, Wyatt Sicks, Fallout, and Terrifier). A cup with the FNAF characters on them, and a figurine of The Creature from the Black Lagoon.

On my cross country road trip back home and the sheer amount of advertising for local Halloween haunts I've seen using AI generated imagery is, frankly, fucking embarrassing.

Any self respecting horror fan wouldn't be caught dead using that garbage. Antithetical to the entire point of the fandom.
