Creatives of all types are all worried about being replaced by robots. Showing an ad where a literal robot stomps on the GDC logo is more than a little tone-deaf.

GDC should be a place where human creativity is celebrated. This ad seems to be celebrating the exact opposite.

Shame on you guys.

My take on this was a system agnostic TTRPG addon called Greg.
What it proposed was that any adventure your players were having was happening inside the head of said Greg, and if the PCs failed certain rolls, they would have to roleplay as Greg for a bit as something had caught his attention in rl

making a game called Jerry. The game is advertised entirely about being able to hang out with this guy named Jerry. you play it and he hangs out with you. activities like "watch a movie with Jerry" (he always picks Fire Walk With Me) and "make popcorn with Jerry" (he wants to watch a movie after)
