X, seen in three forms in two different contexts. The first being Zeus, overseeing players and bringing them back to life when he calls upon them-- regardless of their volition. One of few times he's been as a literal god as possible, yet he's oddly aloof and passive when gazing at souls venturing on their way.

The second, appearing as one of many Centurions, used whenever a player lacks a second and stakes himself as their companion. In juxtaposition to the strongman physique presented by the actual character, his vessel looks emaciated in a strangely humane manner, decayed either due to his VOID physiology within, or a deliberate choice to remain on equal footing with his players. His slack-jawed mouth gapes open with a blank stare.

An unfinished sketch of his Altered Beast form is seen next to him, being an odd creature that doesn't abide by the anatomy of any of the transformations in the original game or any one creature; a strange chimera that has several traits such as the neck and snout of a bear, two draconic tails and fins, and no animalistic ears, only pointed human ones. Excreting excess VOID matter from his mouth, he cannot take the additional mass when his form changes, particularly due to the energy from Spirit Balls (being actual human souls) are what sustain him.
