Hi, I'm Kett! I'm a blue fluffy creature, and sometimes I make things! My interests always shuffle around, and I'll try to keep you posted about them :3

Do you see my handle? That's my site, racc.at! You can find games I've made, blog posts, other socials and even my forums there, so check it out!
A drawing of Kett, from below. Their tail causes a depth of field effect. They're looking onward with a smile on their face. The sky is lightly cloudy and purple. There are silhouettes of buildings behind them.

I wonder if you can do it for Visual Basic too

Can't use classes defined in F# though, at least not in Godot 4.x, because you can't partially define a class in F# and Godot does a lot of codegen under the hood...

There is no practical use for this whatsoever, but I do find it: funny. Sometimes that's all I need to sink hours into something.
racc.at
oh god you can call F# functions from C# in a Godot project

Many things wrong with tumblr but it's one of the only social media websites where you can right click a video and download it.

It'd be cool if y'all could answer this :) Boosts welcome, of course, especially so this can break into spaces that aren't as overwhelmingly queer as my direct circles LOL
axoga.to
someone shared this meme about % of programmers identifying as LGBTQ by language, but it had no citations (gasp!), so I wanted to collect my own data. reposts are appreciated, esp from non-queer programmers cause my circle is pretty damn queer ^-^;

I say C specifically because those dynamic libraries are *usually* written in C, especially on Linux, but of course these *can* be written in a whole bunch of different languages.

No, you can compile C# to a *native executable* with Native AOT. The C interop is a normal C# feature that just so happens to work on Native AOT as well, lets you load dynamic libraries.

It is funny to me that Microsoft's approach to cross-compilation with Native AoT is "no."

Like... yeah. Understandable.

I’ve learnt that only hyperfocus can keep me from disappointing others. Sometimes.
Two-page comic about ADHD, self-doubt, and burnout.

Panels 1+2
A person with short black hair and yellow antennae recalls lifelong struggles with effort and recognition. As a child, they cry while being scolded over homework. Later, they work hard but still fail small details and receive an “F.” When they finally succeed, they can’t enjoy it—holding a medal labeled “2,” they feel it’s luck, not skill.

Panel 3+4
Page 2:
They explain how productivity fluctuates. A blue graph shows steady effort, while a pink line spikes wildly. They say, “For me, it fluctuates more extremely.” Sitting exhausted at a messy desk, they admit, “I only stop when I’m too tired to go on. The word I learned for all this was ‘lazy.’ I never learned a healthy measure or how to trust myself.”

We just got enough ratings to get ranked at the end of the voting phase! Yippie!! No reason why you shouldn't play it though :) Play it :)
