Due to staffing shortages, the National Weather Service in Jackson no longer has overnight staff. But NWS and Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear say the office was staffed Friday night and early Saturday.

I've found that a good rule of thumb is when your kid tells you they are something, don't try to force them to be something else. Please support them in finding their way. Often if you try to force something, the outcome can be disastrous.
