Today I am mostly mad at a fancy gastropub lauded by the Michelin guide, the Guardian, 4.4* on google and so on, for taking almost 3 months to pay an invoice for salad.

Just washed up after lunch for 10 people at work with no hot water. There’s been no hot water for almost a year now because Hackney council, who owns the building, refuse to admit the boiler exists. They refuse to admit the boiler exists as they did an inventory and missed the hot water boiler.
