idly remembered when Dan Olson put out "I Don't Know James Rolfe," which was a light critique of the man himself and mostly just self reflection about being a YouTuber not a Filmmaker, and people who I thought were smart got REALLY pissy because someone dared to be even slightly mean to the AVGN.

Bc the tl has been talking about Transformers, I've been thinking "man Earthspark ended up really bad huh" constantly. For a while, I just shrugged and went whatever it's for kids. It wasn't for me.

The only people who are complaining about FFXIV's content releases are the ones who are mad that the game has a trans person in it. It also got a nomination for Best Ongoing during Endwalker, when the only thing they gave us were Variant Dungeons and Island Fucking Sanctuary. Be so serious now.
FF14 being nominated for best ongoing in a year when I have seen its players do very little but constantly complain about a quality dip, with devs even copping to it, while Street Fighter 6 on a total tear not even getting a nod is making my head spin
