Reminder that NOT consuming bad news all the time is literally self-care.

Being online you are constantly bombarded with information shoved in your face.

Remember to take breaks from it, whether it's a couple hours or a couple days. It really helps emotional/empathy fatigue and burn out.

Our food stamps and welfare got super fucked up a couple months ago now and we've been struggling to keep our kitchen stocked.

We are lower and lower on our non perishables. Eating maybe one meal a day.

Commissions barely even trickle in. And verbs paycheck -
