Have made a lil schedule so everything finishes at roughly the same time and now I've got like. 10-15 mins to just sit around waiting until I start the next phase. Idk what to do with myself. Might start getting drunk tbh. Babygirl is outside playing with power tools

Creme brulee is done; my first time ever making it and I'm positive I did something wrong but idk what 🤔 they're not scrambled, though, so at least there's that. Prepping the smoked Gouda scalloped potatoes by doing the Dutch oven portion of the cooking now, then I'll finish baking it tomorrow

Thanksgiving meal prep has begun. Made my peanut butter pie last night. Tonight I'll make creme brulee + prep the potatoes + dry out the bread for stuffing. With that done tomorrow shouldn't be *too* bad....
