I had a lot of influence from Danish & Swedish locomotives (DSB Class MY & SJ Ra) for this thing, along with some inspiration from the Little Joes. Anyways, these locomotives would probably be built by some company in the Brandywine Territory.

First time designing a locomotive in awhile, as I finally got graph-paper (thank you, Mom). Clearly, I wasted no time getting back at it Lol.

Anyways, here's an Arclantican State Railways Class C27

Based upon the design of the USATC S118 class of locomotives (Class C26), the C27s were built both by the Baldwin Locomotive Works (2701 - 2720) & by the South Churchill Locomotive Works (2721 - 2760). The example shown is a SCLW variant. 60 locomotives were built in total, with the class being spread across the Central & Eastern states of Arclantica. All members of the class were retired by 1981.
