Planning a mini vacation for my kiddo and me for next June. We’re hitting up multiple museums in Chicago because my boy needs to see the Pokémon Fossil exhibit and I need to get my culture on!

This is no hate to anyone who uses them but I will die on my fat hill before I use a weight loss drug. The fact that the American Fuhrer is pushing weight loss drugs while also refusing to release food stamps for the millions of people who need them has cemented this for me. Fuck Fascism!

I have an obsession with making dips for dinner. I made homemade guacamole a couple days ago and now I'm making buffalo chicken dip. Yesterday I made one of my absolute favorite dinners of stewed tomatoes and zucchini over rice. I really like only making the dinners I want.

I’ve been in such a weird mood today. I should be thrilled. I’m officially being promoted to SIU Specialist. All I did today though was double down on doing the cases I’m working and get annoyed with two men. Congrats to me though.

My kiddo is going to state finals with our local high school marching band. I am so over the moon happy for him and so so proud. He’s worked so hard to get there. I can’t wait to yell my loudest for him next Saturday. 😊
