I think it's a conservative sickness. Think: joyless strict parent who demands their child learn music because musical aptitude proves eugenic fitness. The child, gaining no intrinsic reward, learns that music is grueling and instrumental to other ends.

Couldn't believe my ears when that music AI guy said nobody actually enjoys making music. That ranks as one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. Anybody who knows how to make music enjoys making music. Why would they have ever learned to do it if it didn't bring them joy?

In my case, it's because I'm a schizophrenic that I'm psychologically incapable of feeling privacy. This video makes the point that by pervading absolutely on the privacy of absolutely everyone, our society might be inculcating this tendency in everyone at once.

I quite like Unsolicited Advice, and I wanted to comment here where my comment will survive better. This video mentions at one point that privacy can become mentally impossible for people who never feel like they're in private, and I have that problem.

I've tried to read both Kant and Hegel, and I found Kant easier to comprehend. Is that the general opinion? I've just found a book about Kant marketing itself by claiming that Kant is among the most difficult philosophers to follow, but I found Hegel considerably more impenetrable.
