yeah, this is more an issue about zoning laws than suburbs. i live in a very small town that’s got a big problem with isolated housing developments. zoned only residential, no sidewalks leading out of the community, unsafe street crossing to get to the core downtown

trumps economy already at work! my partner just got laid off because the grocery store chain he provides security at us cutting all their third party contracts in anticipation of increased costs due to tarrifs. happy thanksgiving!
