Not just generous prize support but custom assets for tournaments held on Riichi City benefiting causes like Trans Lifeline and Extra Life among others is really making me turn around on them. I fell off a few months ago bc unskippable foot fetish cutscene but it really drives home >
Now they're supporting Trans lifeline. Please read between the lines. Mahjong soul would never, ever, EVER spend resources on something like this. To me, this is way more important than stupid gacha waifus
riichi city provided a platform, support, custom assets, and -sponsorship- to a pride month charity tournament and the lead developer of the game was very closely involved. @riichicity.bsky.social is the only mahjong app that actually has an account here. mahjong soul is WWE. riichi city is AEW

yesterday evening i successfully taught two children some mahjong basics (hand of 7 tiles, one suit) and some adults the full game (w/ a truncated list of yaku and a simplified han-only scoring method). Collect My Mental Disorders

okay yeah actually let's make this happen. my schedule is ass because the kids get to bed later and later these days so i might have to do a late start or enlist the aid of someone to coordinate the event (i showed up an hour late to the last thing i hosted pleace forgive me) but i want to do this

i haven't gotten hyped for xiv stuff in a hot minute, but this might get me. gsm 80 chestpiece...
The team is relaxing a long-held policy of certain types of gear glamour only being equip-able by certain roles. "Use any gear in your glamour, irrespective of class, job or level restriction." However, weapons/tools are exempt due to animations.
