Fascism demands to be taken seriously and to be feared. That makes mockery a powerful tool. Is it how you "beat" fascism? I wouldn't go that far. Judgement is back in my prime magic playing years, it was not from then. But I have seen the card Wish since a few people have mentioned it. So I stand corrected. I'm just used to things like that being unglued.
As for the sideboard thing I'm told that is for competitive, so friendly games its ok.
