Lorwyn seems pretty typey so I don’t even think there’s a benefit to playing a ninja turtle. Maybe I will be so lucky as to be presented with this ethical dilemma tomorrow at my first tournament! Probably not.

I’m just so tired. Printing high decibel whistles for my son’s whole GSA because ICE is doing sweeps around the metro ATL area. I figured 30 baby queers with ultra loud whistles are better than one. They have such a diverse student body at his school, and I want them all safe.

I don’t want ICE “reformed” or “restructured” or even just defunded. I want it dismantled. I want it stripped doen to component parts. I want ICE uniforms burned in the streets. I want these Nazi pigs tried and convicted in a system they think they’re above. Fuck ICE and ACAB always forever.

On February 1st I’ll have been running the same weekly Masks game for 4 years. Accounting for holidays and cons, that’s 45+ sessions yearly. I’ve watched my players go from 12/13 to two of them turning 18 and graduating later this year. @magpiegames.bsky.social really did make the game of all time!

During the first Trump administration, when I had no out queer/trans kids, I went to a fuckton of rallies and protests and marches, often alone or with one other adult. I found a group of younger queer or POC protestors and attached myself to them with their permission. Why? I look like me. 1/?
