Our nation is the last world power, but we never ruled the world. Our military never really influenced the people & nations of the world. It was our ideas, our opportunities & our example as a powerful, diverse, innovative, humane, philanthropic nation. Trump has destroyed that.

I remember my father's final year. He suffered from dementia. He was prescribed meds to help his cognition. Over time, the moments of mental acuity shortened, while the moments of clear dementia & fatigue became longer. Imagine what overdosing the meds would do? #TrumpsDementia
