Israel & the U.S. dismantled a functioning aid system by defunding, banning, and attacking UNRWA. In its place, they installed a network of checkpoints and foreign mercenaries, not to deliver aid, but to further establish control over Palestinians & pave the way for pushing them out of Gaza.
