I've noticed that you've got the thicker hair growth there. Seemed fairly obvious it's a birthmarky thing, since it's not on your other arm. I notice it for maybe 10 seconds when I see you in person and you're shirtless/wearing a tank, then I forget about it.

Btw, be shirtless more. :)

Got home from leg day, had a little more fuel in the tank and decided to try Cossack squats. Form needs work, and definitely need more flexibility. Also, today’s cage check. (Yes, I was wearing layers). I think you can see the exhaustion on my face.

Locktober 4th checkin. Tried a new gym this morning, same chain different location… so much nicer equipment, but much smaller space. Bathroom looks nicer, too.

And the three Walgreens bandages on my arm were from getting my COVID, flu, and second shingles vaccinations today. I expect a minor fever tomorrow… better a brief light fever than an actually bout of shingles or Covid. :)

I'm on the hunt for a tattoo artist for my next tattoo. I have an idea I want to refine. I'm thinking celtic knotwork w/ blue lines - been demoing it on my my modded MMO char a few months. Need to get an artist who can make it not clash with my first tattoo.

Anyone have Chicago-area suggestions?

Nope. Never been there. Never burned out on topping. Definitely didn't make a sex-history spreadsheet to track my dom:sub ratio over time to have a data driven sub-time recovery program.
