I think that map is going to end up backfiring on Texas. They’ve given up some bright red districts in hopes of gaining more red-ish ones.

As the SNAP deadline draws nearer I’m a little shocked that the farm interests and the food retailer/grocery interests haven’t beaten down the doors of member of Congress. From Krogers to 7-11s to upstate ny apple farmers I have to imagine they’re fearing the loss of SNAP consumer dollars.
