People don't appreciate how much meetings fuck with my anxiety. I've been making myself sick for 2 days for a meeting that is supposed to start in less than an hour and a half, and they've just postponed it to tomorrow. That doesn't make my anxiety go down, I just gives it a extra day to fester.
