I’m playing with a time blocking app that adds my time blocks to my schedule.

My calendar just sent me a message that I should leave now to get home in time for my block of housework I have planned for this afternoon.

Sorry AI, I’m at the Subaru dealership and can’t leave ‘til my car is ready.

Just got an update that the Superbowl is about to start.

That means it's time to go run errands because everyone but me and people who have to work today are at home watching the game and I won't have to stand in any lines or deal with crowds.

Going online this evening I learned that there's unrest in the financial market, Congress is fighting with itself again, and according to Wirecutter I'm cleaning my toilet wrong.

I'm going to go offline.

Today marks a generational divide.

Does Groundhog Day signal the course of the next 6 week's weather, or does it mean what happens today will keep happening over and over and over and over again?

Odd that Bill Murray, who gave us the second, is 75 years old which should place him in the first.

Current;y tryin gto type with coban on my right index finger. It's there to secure the tegaderm that's covering the Aquaphor on the crack in the skin of the fingertip.

Thought I could get away with letting it heal on its own but then I tried to knit.

An avocado is a commitment. You surrender your autonomy to the avocado, for when comes the day to eat the avocado you must eat the avocado. Previously it will have the taste and texture of oily wood, and following will resemble snail slime.
I'm now off to find something that pairs with avocado.

I'm hoping we finally have our health insurance sorted. Our options were COBRA for both, or M'Care for him and exchange for me.

Exchange was less by about $500 per month, so we went that way.

I'm still paying more for insurance premiums than my mortgage.

Prove me wrong.

I've been trying to set up an externship for next semester, and sending out inquiries and my resume to several places I'd like to extern.

I've been ghosted twice by the agencies I'd most like to work with, and once by an attorney whose style I admire.

Two said they'll get back to me, but didn't.

I have spent more time than I should looking at the video of the Minneapolis shooting.

The view of the shooter is mostly blocked by another agent holding the car's handle, but it looks as though the shooter was drawing his weapon before the car started moving toward him.

I was entering billing data and instead of typing "United" for the insurance I typed "Uniterd" and I'm not sure it was a mistake.

Just sent emails to the local division of an international company about doing a legal externship next semester.

I put this off too long. Even if they respond positively, it may be too late to get it approved in time. But if I hadn't done it there'd be no possibility.

Please applaud. Quietly.

Finals are over, we're short staffed and limiting work, so for the first time in months I have time to go see movies in the theater.

No movies playing right now that I really want to see.

(May go anyway so I can watch on a huge screen and eat popcorn)

Allergy clinician suggested Astepro. It works. But it tastes wretched. And it seems to dissolve into the mucous, because my post nasal drip sometimes tastes just as bad. And sometimes food or beverages taste icky.

So I have to decide if I want to breathe or eat and drink.

What's the term for that moment when you are literally incapable of looking at some scholarly work for another minute, and if you try all the words turn to gibberish on the page?

I'm not sure what I might have been doing wrong, but I couldn't select a team to credit for #HCWvsHunger.

And I didn't get acknowledgement that my receipts uploaded.

However, the most important thing definitely happened: my local food bank and my school's bank received support.

I've got a sample of a pre-shampoo 'bonding' hair treatment. The directions say put it on and leave for at least 10 minutes before rinsing and washing, 2-3 times per week.

I want to know who are the people who have 10 minutes 2-3 times per week to marinate their hair?

I just learned that the person who’s cooking the turkey thawed it in hot water-the most dangerous way to thaw.

I’m scared. I have an excuse to not eat it-l’m vegetarian. But what about everyone else at dinner?

Wish us well, please.

I remembered I have an apron BEFORE I started cooking. Please applaud.

If you want a specific kind of cake for your birthday there’s no reason not to get it for yourself and that’s why I will be buying an entire red velvet cake some time in the next 2 days.

We acknowledge "upper middle class". I think we should also recognize "upper middle age".

This occurred to me as I contemplated my upcoming birthday. It'll be my last year between AARP and Medicare. And that phase feels to me like it means something. I'm not 'old'. Yet. But I'm also not firmly
