Absolutely heartbroken and shocked beyond words by the cowardly terrorist attack on innocent people celebrating Hanukkah in Sydney. My heart aches for the victims, their families, and the Jewish community in Australia. Hate and antisemitism have no place in our world. Praying for all the victims

In our society we prioritize and make car inspections mandatory but not our own minds or body. Mandatory annual mental health/psychiatric evaluations along with blood work could prevent countless problems in our society. Alot of people nowadays definitely need a mental health evaluation.

They take up prime retail space, pay high rents, and I am yet to see a busy mattress store. Also, the fact that mattresses are something people buy once in many years.

A 50 year mortgage is a great idea, it makes homeownership realistic again for millions priced out of the market.
But let’s go further:
🏡 Limit mortgages to 2 homes per person to increase supply.
🚫 Stop LLCs & corporations from buying homes.

Thats why I mentioned those 2 extra points. Put a limit on mortgages and stop businesses from buying homes for investments

Yes that too. But home ownership is a distant dream for many as we speak specially in states like NY and CA. Not many can afford those mortgage payments as they are right now

Funny but I’m all for homeownership for everyone, no matter what it takes. I’ve seen how much renters suffer while prices keep going up making the rich more richer. Everyone deserves a place to call home.

And what about businesses and multi-millionaires buying dozens of homes just to rent them out at absurd prices every year? They manipulate the market and exploit renters. Owning a home, even with a long mortgage is still better than being at their mercy
