Looked out my window and saw a mammoth, a bipedal sloth, a sabertooth tiger, and a baby trudging through the snow. It’s that brick outside yall.

MERCY, the awful Chris Pratt-led pro-AI and pro-cop wannabe MINORITY REPORT, is one of the worst screenlife films I've ever seen. We need to go back in time and prevent Timur Bekmambetov from discovering Skype.

”It is a well-made and entertaining period espionage show that, despite the numerous broad strokes it fires, hits its target with solid, entertaining precision,” writes @rendy.bsky.social about PONIES.

The Cat in the Hat (2003) is one of the funniest comedies of the early 2000s and we should give it more flowers.

Jim Jarmusch's triptych FATHER MOTHER SISTER BROTHER hits theaters this week. It's cute if not slight, only scratching the surface short of giving a complete picture of the familial bonds that are on display.

'Father Mother Sister Brother' Review: Jim Jarmusch's Endearing and Somber Family Triptych
A triptych anthology family portrait about the pain of returning home amid loss. It's very charming, but not one of Jarmusch’s best works.

Had a bubble-blowing blast with THE SPONGEBOB MOVIE: SEARCH FOR SQUAREPANTS, which is so zany and absurd, it spiritually captures the nautical nonsense brilliance of its golden age era.

Alia Shawkat and Callum Turner's sizzlin' chemistry carries but Hailey Gates's ATROPIA is a subpar backdoor pilot for an FX series that would have aired in 2009 masked as a movie. How this won the Sundance's US dramatic competition prize puzzles me. #FilmSky

'Atropia' Review: Military Satire Has Wit and Romance, but Not Much Else
Barely a movie, more of a backdoor pilot for an FX series that would have aired in 2009.

Park Chan-wook’s NO OTHER CHOICE is like a new aged MODERN TIMES, humorously reflecting the desolate working culture of now, but wrapped in his signature, dark and twisted bow. Lee Byung-hun is on a Chaplin-level of excellence throughout.
