No better way to end a week in Washington than meeting with our students!

What a joy to meet with students from Barrack Hebrew Academy as part of their civic education program.

The thoughtful engagement of our young people is a great thing to witness.

In 24 hours, the Trump Admin cancelled — and then reinstated — thousands of SAMHSA grants.

They heard our outrage.

While I am deeply relieved about this reversal, providers for mental health and addiction services cannot operate in this uncertainty.

For 80 years, we have led a peaceful partnership with NATO.

We must uphold our commitment to our allies.

We have a responsibility to ensure all Pennsylvanians thrive and belong.

I was grateful to meet with Pennsylvania Advocacy and Resources for Autism and Intellectual Disabilities (PAR), whose work uplifts children and adults with autism and intellectual disabilities across PA.

Without warning or explanation, the Trump Administration terminated SAMHSA grants — effective immediately.

This decision will cost lives.

Denmark is our ally — our friend.

The President's rhetoric on Greenland is dangerous.

The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society boosts the quality of life, environment, fresh food access, and local economies, including at MontCo’s Meadowbrook Farm.

Thank you Matt and Ryan for visiting DC and championing green spaces for all Pennsylvanians.

From Boyertown to Jenkintown, PA-04 depends on libraries for passport applications — and libraries rely on this revenue.

When more Americans than ever are seeking passports, it’s nonsensical for the State Dept. to stop this program.

My bill would re-authorize public libraries as processing sites.

We have to protect people and their access to healthcare.
January 11, 2026 at 5:12 PM
Donald Trump is lying to you.

We must see through this administration's callousness.

Renee Good was a mother of three — shot and killed by ICE.

It is a tragedy.

Yet the administration would rather smear her name than prioritize transparency, public safety, and a full investigation.

Minnesota — and all Americans — deserve better.

At least 70K Pennsylvanians were forced off their health care because of skyrocketing prices.

Seniors, small business owners, young adults — working people who are now without coverage.

Yesterday I voted to extend the ACA subsidies. I implore our Senators to do the same.

Gabby Giffords won't back down, and neither will we.

This week marks 15 years since Gabby and 18 people were horrifyingly shot — killing 6 and wounding 13 others.

Gabby's resilience is a reminder that we must work together to end gun violence.

Violent crime hit historic lows thanks to community intervention.

Yet the DOJ cut their funding.

Pennsylvanians deserve better than Trump's failure to keep our region safe.

Today marks five years since the violent insurrection on our Capitol.

While Trump continues to lie, we — the American people — know the truth of this day.

We honor and remember the law enforcement who defended our democracy, and we will never forget their bravery.

The Administration chose to brief oil companies on Venezuela — not Congress.

Americans deserve answers.

Happy New Year’s Eve! 🎊

As we say goodbye to ‘25 — and hello to 2026! — have a joyful, fun, and safe time ringing in the new year.

The Trump Administration continues to hollow out the VA.

Its latest plan to eliminate an additional 35,000 jobs will leave veterans without the care they need.

We have relied on our vets for our freedom. They deserve to rely on us.

We have been so fortunate to work alongside Thomas, Izzy, and Jordan for such a whirlwind semester!

I am constantly inspired by the intelligence and compassion of our students — they make our office better.

Thank you for your work in D.C. and for our communities back home.

As we come to the end of another year, let us count our blessings and focus on the light.

Happy Kwanzaa and Habari Gani!

May this week hold unity, love, and light for you and your families. 💛

Merry Christmas to you and yours! 🎄

Wishing you love, joy, and peace this holiday season. 💝

As we face the dual mental health and substance use disorder crises, we must expand options for care.

The Freedom to Heal Act would reduce barriers for physicians to use innovative and potentially lifesaving treatments, including MDMA and psilocybin.

Recovery should be possible for every family.

We were lucky to know Jean Corrigan.

She led by example in Montco — fighting wholeheartedly for our Democratic values.

All while being a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

May God bless Jean and her loved ones.

Just yesterday, Republicans joined Democrats to force a vote on ensuring millions of Americans do not lose healthcare.

Mr. Speaker, put the bill on the floor — today.
