Time and time again, our Tribal neighbors step up for the health and well-being of our communities. Without the Suquamish Tribe’s leadership in acquiring the OBGYN clinic, both Tribal members and families across Kitsap would face even greater barriers to care.

This is unacceptable. I’ve heard loud & clear from my neighbors that they can’t afford to have their health care premiums go up.
That’s why I voted NO on the Republican Continuing Resolution—our neighbors & Americans across the nation deserve better. They deserve affordable & accessible health care.

Our beautiful Puget Sound is the heart of our communities — a treasured resource we must protect at all costs. From the health of our neighbors to the strength of our local economy, our future depends on bold investment and environmental stewardship.

Was so happy to host a Senior Resource Fair in Bremerton today to share resources, answer questions, and provide support to our aging neighbors and their families and friends!

Releasing the Epstein files was the first step. Our work is just beginning, because survivors deserve a system that delivers justice and accountability — not protection for the wealthy.

Know this about me, President Trump: I love our Constitution and I will never give up the ship. 🇺🇸

Our service members swear an oath to the Constitution — not to Mr. Wannabe Dictator.

Thank you, MP Johns, for joining me in co-hosting a thoughtful roundtable with local and federal leaders on cross-border trade and collaboration. Washington and British Columbia rely on each other every day, we need to keep our partnership strong for communities on both sides of the Strait.

I enjoyed participating in the CHCI Tech Summit to discuss how for our rural communities, reliable broadband isn’t a luxury — it’s a lifeline.

I’ll keep working with local leaders, Tribal Nations, and federal partners to build out broadband infrastructure for our neighbors.

A big day today: the Indian and Insular Affairs Subcommittee held a hearing on my bill with @repjeffhurd, the Indian Trust Asset Reform Amendment Act. The bill strengthens Tribal sovereignty by restoring Tribes' ability to manage their own trust assets.

Today, I voted to release the Epstein files.
November 18, 2025 at 7:58 PM
President Trump campaigned on releasing the Epstein files, then turned around and called it a “Democratic hoax.” Now he’s saying House and Senate Republicans should vote to release them — but here’s the truth: he could release them himself TODAY.

Every single person who was involved — or has knowledge of someone else’s involvement — in the trafficking and abuse of women and girls must be held accountable. Tomorrow the House will vote to release the Epstein Files and the Senate should follow suit.
November 18, 2025 at 1:31 AM
Tomorrow I will vote to release the Epstein Files. I encourage my colleagues — in both the House and Senate — to also vote for its release.

Time to release the Epstein files.

What were my neighbors telling me throughout this shutdown? Hold the line. Protect our health care. Families in Washington state simply cannot afford higher insurance costs or fewer options — and I’ll continue to fight to make affordable health care a reality.

Women supporting women — and now we’re 97 STRONG! 💗

Congratulations to my colleague, CONGRESSWOMAN Grijalva for finally being sworn in — I know that you’re going to represent Arizona’s 7th District & our nation so admirably. Thanks to you, we can finally vote on releasing the Epstein files & delivering justice and transparency to the American people.

Glad to see my Republican colleagues back from vacation to join Dems who have been hard at work since this gov’t shutdown started.

My neighbors are not political bargaining chips. I’ll keep fighting to extend Affordable Care Act tax credits and fix the Republican-manufactured health care crisis.
November 13, 2025 at 12:36 AM
I was proud to stand alongside members of the DWC, to show that Dems are fighting to defend the rights & needs of American families all across our nation.

Today I will be voting to protect health care access for the 6th District & communities across the nation. I urge my colleagues to do the same.

Trump wants to cover up the truth from the American people. Unacceptable. My Democratic colleagues and I are in DC ready to release the Epstein files, to fight for affordability for all Americans, and not give taxpayer-funded handouts to Senators.
November 12, 2025 at 5:06 PM
A funding deal that ignores the avoidable health care crisis facing families in Washington isn’t much of a deal at all. Our neighbors deserve better.

For 42 days, I’ve listened to stories from pregnant moms facing medical debt, families losing SNAP, and federal workers struggling to make ends meet. That’s why tonight I introduced several amendments to protect their health care, their paychecks, and their peace of mind.
November 12, 2025 at 4:22 AM
I’m back in D.C. to offer amendments to the Senate’s funding bill — amendments that put people first by protecting health care, SNAP, and the jobs of hardworking federal workers.
