We’re seeing so many extreme actions from the Trump administration.

These actions are hurting Arizonans. I want you to know that I’m doing everything in my power to stand up and fight back, even while Trump tries to avoid accountability. Here’s how: 🧵
The fight for justice is far from over. Donald Trump and Pam Bondi must comply with the Oversight Committee subpoena issued in August—as well as the Epstein Files Transparency Act now signed into law—and release the Epstein Files immediately.

I visited LA’s Fashion District, where over the summer, Trump’s ICE violently arrested and detained dozens of immigrants who’d worked here for decades. It’s happening in LA and in communities across the country.

Join @oversightdemocrats.house.gov in holding this rogue agency accountable.

Yari’s suffering at Eloy is the product of systemic abuse, medical neglect, and shredded due process. As @immdef.bsky.social President Lindsay Toczylowski told @oversightdemocrats.house.gov: it’s time for a top-to-bottom investigation of ICE prisons so people stop dying on this government’s watch.

Mark Kelly flew 39 combat missions, commanded space shuttle missions, and continues serving Arizona with honor.

Donald Trump is now trying to silence him with fear and threats. It’s the same playbook he uses on anyone who stands up to him.

It will not work.
I swore an oath to the Constitution in 1986. I've upheld it through 25 years of service and every day since I retired.

If Trump's trying to intimidate me, it won’t work. I’ve given too much to our country to be silenced by bullies who care more about power than the Constitution.

Today’s launch of the @oversightdemocrats.house.gov Immigration Enforcement Dashboard is just the beginning.

We’re going to keep exposing Trump’s rogue ICE and the racist, horrific abuse happening in our communities and behind detention center walls.
November 24, 2025 at 11:28 PM
I’m in Los Angeles today for an @oversightdemocrats.house.gov shadow hearing on Trump’s brutal ICE agenda.

LA, like Phoenix, has been an epicenter of abuse: family separations, inhumane detention, and mass deportations.

We’re shining a light and fighting back. Stay tuned.

The cracks are showing in the Republican Party—and they're going to deepen once the full Epstein Files are released once and for all. @oversightdemocrats.house.gov and survivors aren't backing down and we're not going anywhere.
November 22, 2025 at 5:04 AM
We should be focused on affordable, clean, and resilient energy. The Republican SPEED Act is completely disconnected from what Americans need right now.

Instead of lowering your energy bills, it fast tracks polluters. Instead of streamlining, it silences. I’m voting no.

On this #TransgenderDayOfRemembrance, we recognize the violence and discrimination regularly faced by transgender people in Arizona and across the country and remember those who've lost their lives. We must keep speaking up for equality for all communities and against hate.

I watched my constituent Yari, who has cancer and is detained at Eloy, vomit blood. No human being should ever be treated like this.

Thousands of detainees are suffering under Trump’s racist, authoritarian playbook. We’ll keep fighting back.

The Trump Administration is preparing an executive order to punish states that try to set basic guardrails on AI. Not only is this likely illegal, it puts Americans' privacy in danger and could lead to even higher energy costs.
Breaking news: The Trump administration is drafting an executive order that would direct the Justice Department to sue states that pass laws regulating artificial intelligence, according to a copy reviewed by The Post.
White House drafts order directing Justice Department to sue states that pass AI regulations
The draft order comes after Republicans in Congress failed to pass a federal ban on state AI regulation, as more lawmakers raise concerns about the technology.

Donald Trump, a victim of political violence himself, just threatened to “hang” Democratic Members of Congress—all who served our country. Every single American, especially elected Republicans, must condemn this horrific incitement of violence immediately.
November 20, 2025 at 6:15 PM
A sitting president is literally threatening to hang Members of Congress. The president has incited violence before; we cannot take this lightly.

I stand with my Democratic colleagues who have been targeted by Trump. This is absolutely appalling.

Trump’s cruel mass deportation agenda has forced DHS to abandon investigations into human trafficking, child sex crimes, and terror financing.

This is political theatre and it’s making America less safe.

@ibewinternational.bsky.social Local 266 keeps our district running. These are the workers who power Arizona, and they deserve safe jobs, fair pay, and real respect. I’m fighting with them every step of the way.

The fact that a Trump-appointed judge made this decision speaks volumes. No matter how aggressively Trump tries to rig elections and run the authoritarian playbook, the law will prevail.
MAJOR NEWS: Federal judges, including a Trump appointee, just BLOCKED Texas Republicans from using their new gerrymandered congressional map in 2026, ruling it was likely an illegal racial gerrymander. TX must revert to its 2021 map as Trump’s redistricting power grab collapses.

We haven’t even scratched the surface yet. Donald Trump can and must release the Epstein Files immediately—so the rich and powerful people who’ve committed or enabled heinous crimes are held accountable.
November 19, 2025 at 12:43 AM
Today’s vote in Congress, thanks to the fearless advocacy of Epstein survivors who refused to back down, is a major rebuke to Trump. It’s time for the president to stop the cover up and release the files now.
November 18, 2025 at 8:10 PM
Today’s vote on the Epstein Transparency Act matters, but remember that Donald Trump could release the full Epstein Files today.

@oversightdemocrats.house.gov issued a subpoena in July. Trump’s DOJ is still resisting.

We won’t stop until predators face justice & survivors get the truth.
November 18, 2025 at 5:35 PM
Trump and his DOJ have the power to release the Epstein files today, and he is already under subpoena to do so.

It’s time to stop stalling with distractions and release the full, unredacted files to the American public.

Stop shielding pedophiles. Survivors deserve justice.
Trump has the power to RELEASE THE FILES today. Ranking Member @robertgarcia.house.gov's full statement ⬇️
November 17, 2025 at 8:17 PM
The American public is the strongest tool we have in this fight for justice. They’re not giving up, the victims aren’t giving up, and @oversightdemocrats.house.gov aren’t giving up.

People will be held accountable—no matter how powerful they are. Release the Epstein Files now.
November 17, 2025 at 1:08 AM
If Donald Trump and his friends are truly innocent, then he should release the Epstein Files immediately. Prove it to the American public.
November 16, 2025 at 12:08 AM
It’s astounding that JD Vance and Marco Rubio haven’t said a word about the Epstein Files, even after Trump was mentioned over 1,000 times in the newly uncovered emails.

Why the silence? Who are they covering for?
