between car insurance refusing to respond to me about my totaled car and the surgeon's office just... not telling me the full cost of fees for the surgery, i have no idea how i'm going to afford to get thru this. pls share. i don't even know what to do at this point.

okay, y'all. i have basically one shot at top surgery, might as well try. if i can't raise these funds, then i can't get the surgery, but. that's where i am now, so what's the harm. assuming i can get funding, this will be used only for stated purposes (details in link). pls share.
