Composer, Conductor & Arranger Julius Burger was born #OTD in 1897. His career includes being a conductor at Berlin Radio, an arranger for the BBC in 1930s & 40s and an assistant conductor at MET Opera in NYC. He gained recognition in the early 1990s.
