The public treatment of the Ukrainian President today was disgraceful. Putin will have been very pleased.

Keir Starmer must reflect on his own meeting with Trump, and swiftly & unequivocally reaffirm support for Ukraine and President Zelensky.

And there should be no state visit.

Next year I hope to run for election here - my home constituency of Bangor Conwy Môn, newly expanded to include even more communities I’ve known lifelong & would be honoured to represent.

Teyrnged gan Arweinydd Plaid Cymru, Rhun ap Iorwerth, er cof am Dafydd Elis-Thomas
Tribute by the Leader of Plaid Cymru, Rhun ap Iorwerth, in memory of Dafydd Elis-Thomas.
Rydw i wedi ysgrifennu at Lywodraeth Cymru yn galw arnyn nhw i gymryd rhan ym mhroses craffu Bil Ystâd y Goron.

Maent wedi addo i ‘ymladd dros fwy o reolaeth’ dros asedau Ystâd y Goron Cymru.

Mae’n amser i weithredu ar eu haddewid a chefnogi gwelliant @plaidcymru.bsky.social.
I’ve written to the First Minister, calling on Welsh Government to contribute to the scrutiny process of the Crown Estate Bill.

They promised to ‘fight for more control’ over Wales’ Crown Estate assets.

It’s time to put that promise into practice and support @plaidcymru.bsky.social’s amendment.

Welsh Govt can’t remain silent on the HE crisis.
Thanks to @rhunapiorwerth.bsky.social and Sian Gwenllian MS for coming along to meet members of Bangor UCU yesterday. A valuable opportunity to discuss the crisis in Higher Education, and illustrate the precarious working conditions that so many UCU members labour under.
Brexit has left Wales £4 billion worse off.

Rejoining the Single Market and Customs Union makes economic sense as does a European Alignment Act to ensure Welsh law aligns with European standards when it’s in Wales’ best interests🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
The effects of #Brexit have left the average person in the #UK £2,000 worse off.

In the midst of a cost-of-living crisis, it doesn't have to be this way.

By building a closer relationship with the #EU, #PlaidCymru will strengthen our economic future.
Mae Plaid Cymru o ddifrif am roi dechrau newydd i'n GIG.

Mae Llafur wedi methu a gofalu am ein GIG dros eu 25 mlynedd mewn grym.

Mae’n amser i’r gwasanaeth iechyd gael dechrau ffres o dan lywodraeth @plaidcymru.bsky.social. Darllenwch ein cynlluniau isod👇

Plaid Cymru is serious about fixing the NHS.

Labour has failed the health service in Wales over their 25 years in power.

It’s time the Welsh NHS was given a fresh start under a @plaidcymru.bsky.social government. Read our plans here👇

We need to know the questions are now going to be asked by the Welsh Government about what the maintenance undertaken on these births was, so that we can ensure that we don't face the same problems in storms that will happen more frequently in future.

To those who want to see Wales put first, who feel let down by Labour, and are looking for an alternative to division, look to Plaid Cymru at next year’s Senedd elections.

Together, we can build a fairer, more hopeful Wales and deliver the future we deserve🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Over the next months, we will give further detail on our ambitious offer of change to the people of Wales: better public services, an improved NHS, an economy that creates good jobs, and a government that will be unrelenting in fighting for fairness for our communities.

2025 will be a crucial year for Wales.

This year can be the beginning of the fresh start that Wales needs – with Plaid Cymru at the helm.

We don’t believe this is as good as it gets.

5/7
No matter how many times this Labour government tries to reincarnate itself as being a government of delivery, it continues to fail the NHS workforce and its patients.

This is a failure of delivery by a failing First Minister.

4/7
As Health minister, Eluned Morgan promised no patient would wait over 12 months for treatment by spring—a promise already broken by virtue of the fact she’s set a new target of bringing two year waits down to 8,000 by April.

3/7
A quarter of patients are currently waiting over eight hours in A&E, hospital waiting lists have topped 800,000, ambulance services are in crisis, and GP surgeries are closing.

This is unacceptable.

2/7
The new year brings opportunities, but Wales is facing the same old challenges: wages not keeping up with bills, public services struggling, HS2 billions still missing, and an NHS, despite the best efforts of staff, overstretched and at capacity.

2024 has been a busy year for Plaid Cymru.

From our best ever GE result, to constantly holding governments to account.

Throughout the year, Plaid Cymru has been the only party that stands up and fights for Wales - and we will continue doing this through 2025 and beyond.
My thoughts on the latest situation at #Holyhead port on BBC Wales Today this evening.
