Bydd gweithwyr Cymru yn cael eu heffeithio’n waeth gan benderfyniad Llafur i rewi’r trothwyon ar dreth incwm.
Mae hyn yn golygu llai o arian ym mhocedi pobl i ymdopi gyda chostau byw uchel.
