Just hoping we will all learn to find some kind of compromise without hating each other.

Jeremy Clarkson is as much of a fan of Brexit voting farmers and bomber jacket wearing petrolheads as Trump is a fan of the MAGA base.

They’re simply a means to an end.

If there had been it wouldn't have been positive.

Call it a win.

Not until he understands how tariffs work and realises who actually pays them.

How he’s squares the circle of the “liquid gold” piece and his relationship with Mr Tesla, I have no idea.

He still has no idea how tariffs work.

How can someone as successful as Musk talk with some so much confidence and with such inaccuracy about things he sticks his nose into?

A much of his initial wealth came from his skills as a programmer, I can only assume his debugging tools must have spent most of the time overheating.

My mum just bought me this very nice frying pan so I made her this video to thank her.

I just realise I failed in the preparation of the pan in not repeatedly drumming my nails on the box as I unwrapped it.

Is #Gaetz now both unemployed and unwanted?!?

Perhaps he can host Fox & Friends for this weekend as, I’m sure, the seat’ll be wanted back shortly.

Definitely not cool at all.

Wasn’t expecting this at breakfast time.

There’s something comforting and reassuring about snow.

Isn’t there also a question of where the liability lies? My understanding is that it’s the GP’s medical indemnity insurance that has to cover PAs decisions as, in theory, the GP signs off on the PAs decisions? Please clarify if I’ve got this wrong.

If you could take the fourteen years of everything that happened and we experienced under the Tory government, slowly concentrated it down then drew it up into a syringe and injected it into someone, you’d have made Liz Truss.

The teams at @bsky.app @support.bsky.team and @safety.bsky.app are really doing an incredible job over here, given their massive growth. I just wanna say thanks to them, and @jay.bsky.team for all their hard work. Much appreciated <3

More of an achievable threshold amongst his supporting cohort than intelligence would be.

The introduction of PAs is something borrowed from the US. Over there, it is very transparent and everyone knows when they are seeing one. They have a role and can be useful with the right experience.

It’s their opaque use here as an obvious cost saving exercise that is frightening and dangerous.

If ever we have a food shortage, my advice is to make mashed potato.

It’s impossible to look at the unpeeled potatoes and convince yourself that’s enough but, somehow, there’s enough for two more people. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Simply that people born much later than the events we wish to avoid repeating have no feel for their impact even to the point where they’re prepared to question aspects of them.

That, and stability not suiting their own agenda.

I’d say less nightmares. More Brie-zzare dreams.

I’m here all week.

Click on and following all of these accounts is like going round and resetting all the clock when they go back.

Satisfyingly reassuring to put everything back as it was before.

In the UK, we're yet to be subjected, however, I'm definitely now feeling it for little ones.

I did find that it was easier to get a little bit of engagement on Threads compared to screaming into the abyss on Twitter. Hopefully Bluesky will be nicer too.
