Also sports games. There are so many people who only buy the current year's Madden/Fifa update and only play that. Or are sports considered live service these days?

Was kinda hoping this month's Choice would be a dud so I could skip it and catch up on my backlog. But I've been rather curious about V Rising and System Shock remake, Shogun Showdown, and Cryptmaster all look great. Heard mixed about Atomic Heart.

Even my boomer mom now understands not to call unless it's an emergency or important.

Anyone not sending a text for small info or to see if the other person can/wants to take a call in this day and age is simply rude.

One more thing that drives me insane. If shards or beads fall on spikes you lose them and there are spikes everyfuckingwhere and all those flying enemies are always above them so you lose almost all the spoils.
Devs are lucky that when Silksong hits, it hits hard and I can look past the bullshit

Bosses with a fucking million adds. Too chaotic and often unfair. I'm stingy with tolls b/c I don't want to grind.
And then there's times one hit ping ponged me from danger to danger sending me from full health to 1.
Most runbacks are tolerable but a few are fuck you.
But, I still enjoy the game...

Hornet's hit box is a big one. If I land a hit, there should never be damage. This has been my biggest bane and forces me to stick with Reaper only because of its reach.
Too many flying enemies that drop too few shards so items become scarce unless you grind. Also for multiple enemy arenas and

Just started act 3 myself. Beat Bell Eater last night. Fun battle!
Overall I have some major fucking issues with the game but at 65hrs I'm still compelled to keep playing and am in fact enjoying the experience.
I'll probably 97% it.

Bilewater pissed me off so bad. Same for Putrified Ducts. The most infuriating areas in modern gaming! I'd rather go back to Blighttown.
