Ngl I'm stuck in a loop thinking I should make my shading better, while also constantly worrying about all the effort it takes and how more effort = harder on my wrist, so I go for a more simple shading, which doesn't look horrible, but I still think it's lacking.

I'm afraid of hurting other people's feelings. Like, a lot, a huge lot. I prefer being hurt over seeing others get hurt, I tend to self-sacrifice in order to please others, sacrifice all of my time to give my attention to others, undervaluing myself.
