I know the Christian Nationalists take up a lot of oxygen in the religion/politics sphere but I've never seen anything like the faith group mobilization going on in Minneapolis. Houses of worship have decades of infrastructure and they're organizing to protect immigrants in the Twin Cities.

only use bed for sleep/sex, don't take naps, use a sleep mask to help w/ light regulation, melatonin isn't a sleep aid so don't expect it to do much (better for jet lag), no screens after certain hour, get out of bed if tossing and turning + do something else til sleepy, no caffeine after 3 blablah
