Moved to Canada; I'd thank coworkers by just saying "ta" like when someone gave me something. It took months before one of them asked me what it meant. I was mortified. Assume people thought I was being rude by not actually thanking them instead making a noise and leaving etc. Had to explain ofc.

Re; slowing down, I kinda wanna try something really chill, maybe learning watercolours or some kinda painting. Something analogue and traditional-y. Or maybe go really wild and actually learn how to draw(!)

I'm going hazard a guess that this is an overly buttered jacket potato with beans and a side of corned beef hash. And I'm disgusted. I hate corned beef hash.

I'm going hazard a guess that this is an overly buttered jacket potato with beans and a side of corned beef hash. And I'm disgusted. I hate corned beef hash.

I wanted to spend this year getting back to basics and slowing down, potentially drawing less (rip my wrists last year) and maybe making things by hand and whatnot. But now I'm seeing all this cool journaling stuff I want to draw even more and do more analogue stuff. Double agh!

Found a place that does good journals, bullet, planners notepads etc. Currently having choice paralysis at all the potential avenues. I know I go too wild I'll buy like 4 and never use them but as soon as I buy one I'll know I want more. Agh!

I like Alt Texts, I get to hide all kinds of blather in there to amuse myself. Like hiding jokes in plain sight. DVD extras only gags kinda content. S'fun.

That being said I'm also looking forward to seeing what you all get up to next year! I'm seeing some very cool stuff being made by some very cool people and we need that more than ever, especially with everything going on. I'm doing my best to stay positive and put out good vibes so lets go 2026!

I'd say I'm looking forward to taking it easy next year but I'll be moving house, setting up a new workspace, and I've got some work lined up! (I'll be inking Endless Fantasia :O) and some other very cool things in the works! But I'm excited to see where things go and to make some stuff!

2025 has been a bit of a big year for me! Got my first Sonic cover, my second TMNT cover released, got my first book deal(!), blew out both my wrists for a few months, had to go looking for a new place to live, put out my first short 5 pager comic (in the Spark-Flame.com zine) A lot happened!

It's the last day of the month and you- wait, it's the last day of the YEAR, and that means the last Mackazine of 2025 is here! And it's a fun one (but I would say that wouldn't I?) Full of sketches and doodles and stuff I worked on. I worked my butt off this month and I hope ya dig it!

My first time tabling at the UK Web and Mini Comix Thing (forget the year, between 04-08 maybe) saw a dude carrying a ton of stuff and having a time of it coming up behind me, held the door for him/helped carry some stuff to his table. It turned out to be Weebl!
