The most annoying part of fandoms and tropes is when people make fiction into easily chirped memes that don't actually make sense.

I've talked a LOT about how found family --a phrase with a real, actual queer history -- is just a catchphrase for "people in non romantic groups".

Back in the 2010s there was no greater fear than "what if the character I just designed gets called out for resembling some prominently recognizable character from an existing IP" which is really funny when you realize pro artists have fearlessly done that for ages and it's completely normal
