Hey can we bring back all those internet safety campaigns we had when I was a millennial teen? It is NOT my job to parent someone else's kids and have to submit my ID to places to sanitize the internet for some puritanical outrage about kids. Parents should be doing this themselves.

You can teach your kids about internet safety. You can teach them a lot of things if you actually step up AND DO THAT. Shout out to the parents that do exactly that. I am not about this Christofascist puritanical sanitation of the internet that's been happening and getting worse. It has to STOP.

The thing about kids asking about gay people is that most kids, when left to their own devices, will be more confused by anyone making rules that only certain people can kiss or get married than they will be by random people of various genders kissing or getting married.

One of the games installed on the PC that replaced our Apple IIc was Prince of Persia. When we tried it I recognized the name Jordan Mechner from Karateka, which we had on the Apple. And yeah, the motion was something else. First time I ever clocked artistic development of a guy who makes games.
Prince of Persia was an experiment in rotoscoping. It put lifelike animation on '80s home computers.
