[⚡] I was gonna reply, but I wanted to confirm something before hand, haha. Can Jr understand Pokemon? Depending on if it's another Pokemon or not, I either write out actual sentences or pokemon speak. ("Pika-Pika" and the like.)

Whenever I write Cap speaking English it's to other Pokemon, when interacting with humans his speech will be potrayed with Pokemon speak.
