Do not forget that Trump's first action was to release 1,500 violent criminals who once fought for him and now owe him. So in true gangster regime style, he started all this with an army of thugs who could threaten, overtly or tacitly, anyone (and their families) in his way. GOP capitulation anyone?

I think this will become THE major issue next year, 2nd only to the quickly arriving recession: the incessant lying and fabrications of "reality" that has been going on for 4 decades by the GOP (see "Trickle-Down Economics") to indirectly (see "Side-Issue Politics") make the rich richer.

I'm ALMOST okay with Trump's false facade, but have a real problem with full-out #FoxNews broadcasting it AS reality for 10 yrs & the entire GOP speaking out that this bullshit IS the truth when it is not.
This non-reality TV show dictating policy for half our government & country has got to end.

Yes. It's his strategy to use democrats as his foil - he and his supporters are patriots, democrats are terrorists and enemies of the state. The division creates space for him to roll back freedoms and make a buck for his family.

In late July, Paul Ingrassia, the White House liaison for the Department of Homeland Security, arrived at a Ritz-Carlton in Orlando with a lower-ranking female colleague and others from their department. When the group reached the front desk, the woman learned she didn’t have a hotel room.

Ingrassia then informed her that she would be staying with him, according to five administration officials familiar with the episode. Eventually the woman discovered that Ingrassia had arranged ahead of time to have her hotel room canceled so she would have to stay with him, three of those officials said.
