It’s the law in California, but LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell says he won’t enforce it. The new “No Secret Police Act” bans federal law enforcement from hiding their faces while on duty. McDonnell says one armed agency approaching another to create conflict doesn’t make sense. What do you think?
