Love this easy soda bread. I add a couple of tbs of mixed seeds or walnuts and a scant teaspoon of sugar, and I reduce the treacle to a teaspoon as it can be a bit overpowering. I just make the buttermilk by adding a couple of tbs of lemon juice to semi-skimmed and I’ve never needed the full 600ml
