As I continue to process this, I am constantly asking myself, “Why me”? I have had a life of service, spanning over 40 years, with a 9-year career as a Reservist Military Policeman and various other roles, for which I have never sought accolades or patted myself on the back for a job well done.

Other than retiring from my career as an Equine PT/Bodyworker, this is the most difficult post I have ever had to write. I need to ask for help from the #fuckcancer crowd and #photographersofbluesky

2/I need your help. Phew…I said it… the scariest part of this diagnosis isn’t the Cancer, BUT what insurance doesn’t cover. It became stressful when I signed documents, not only saying I will be responsible for what isn’t covered, but to receive follow-up post-operative care, I will need to pre-pay
