3/Connectivity with others is similar to maintaining a garden or a plant. They need sunshine, nutrients, water, and other types of care for it to grow and thrive. And like a garden, weeds need to be plucked and discarded regularly so the garden can thrive and not just survive.

2/As I take action to maintain my health, I am also taking active measures to protect my serenity and to disconnect from issues and people who show zero interest or effort in keeping any relationship active.

1/From personal and professional challenges (Colon Cancer surgery, having to retire earlier than planned, and extended family drama, etc.) I am letting go as much, if not all, that has occurred…..with profound relief and happiness!
