2F this morning and gorgeous. Not as much snow as east and south (!) of us, but good enough for touring skis and perfect for reading the overnight news on the pond.

About to head to Spain and reviewing my old journals as I begin to pick at the memoire. I was there when Bush I invaded Panama & I thought "Go 'merica! We're getting a bad guy!" The Spanish checked me quickly back then.

So, my workout videos this week were the 2012 Amazing Spiderman movies with Andrew Garfield which I'd never seen and Spiderman was my favorite superhero as a kid and minutes ago I finished the second movie in which his girlfriend, Gwen (Emma Stone), DIES and I'm going to need a moment.
