Actually, the Trump-Vance plan is to initially use these concentration camps for detaining immigrants, then later for both immigrants & dissidents, & eventually in the not too distant future, these camps will be used for dissidents, undesirables, & minorities, & will have forced labor & crematoria.
ICE has now spent over half a BILLION dollars just on purchasing warehouses around the country to convert into detention camps.
